.The big mosque is the holiest site in Islam

it is the biggest mosque in the world and

can accommodate up to 2 million people at once

and it is the focal point of the hajj

and Umrah . the Kaaba which was built by the

prophet Abraham and his son the prophet Ishmael , is

located in the center of the big mosque . there

is too the black stone . which many Muslims try

to kiss and touch it and there is crystal

dome next to Kaaba called Maqaam Ibrahim and it is

believed that it contains a rock has an imprint

of Abraham foot. there is also Al-Safa and Al- Marwah

which are rituals of hajj : in this place wife

of Abraham Hager was running back and forth between

this two hills in search of water of her son Ismail
